The professional, attentive staff make your experience even more relaxing as they provide gourmet meals for you if you so desire, or, you can make your way down the villa’s stairway for a brief 5-minute walk to Mar Plata, one of San Pancho’s finest dinner restaurants.

Stairs meander through lavish tropical flora creating pathways to the many private nook ending on the sculptured ocean view infinity pool which is surrounded by padded lounges and chairs. Four masterly designed en-suite bedrooms; each nestled in their own private area afford the best in luxury and seclusion. The expansive living room adjoins a tropical outdoor dining room overlooking the pool. Located on the same level is the kitchen, dining room, outdoor gas barbecue and a wet bar including a refrigerator and ice-maker. Another unique feature of this property is the multitude of quiet alcoves and a den/entertainment room which affords guests the ability to retreat for quiet time and/or enjoy Satellite TV, DVD’s, WIFI and music of their choosing.

Relax indoors or under the stars by the pool, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets while sipping an evening cocktail and listen to the surf breaking as you are lulled to sleep. The Waterfall House provides everything you’ll need to ensure an extraordinary vacation in paradise!

November 1 - April 30: $900 USD per night - 5 night minimum stay
Christmas & New Years week: $1200 USD per night - 7 night minimum stay
May 1 - October 31: $900 USD per night - 5 nights for the price of 4
