Villa in Paradise is a newly built hillside villa, which overlooks the pristine waters of the northernmost end of San Pancho Beach. Located in the residential area of Costa Azul, this villa, just 300 feet from the ocean, is a combination of old world Mexican charm and modern amenities, situated in one of the world's most beautiful settings.
Boasting almost 4000 square feet of classic Mexican architecture, it includes three generous air-conditioned bedroom suites with private baths upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with ocean views. Downstairs consists of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, air-conditioned dining room, and a spacious living area with entertainment center, including satellite TV, CD/DVD player, phone/fax, and high speed internet connection.
The living area opens up to a wrap-around covered terrace overlooking the pool area and ocean. Step down to a 12x24 foot pool, a garden area with beautiful bougainvillea and palms, and a custom gas grill and mini fridge, all surrounded by a privacy wall.

November 1 - April 30: $400 USD per night, $2,400 USD per week
May 1 – October 31: $300 USD per night, $1,800 USD per week
5 night minimum stay.

50% deposit required to hold reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
