Melissa's Villa is a Mediterranean-style Mexican home situated on the top of a cliff encompassing a spectacular 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean in the central Riviera Nayarit coast of Mexico. This private home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious covered terrace with infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and a private tennis court. Every room was designed to provide unforgettable views.

On the ground level you'll find an open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all opening onto the ocean view terrace and pool. Also located on this floor is one of the four air conditioned bedrooms with a full bathroom. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has a unique view of the coastline, the palm jungle, and the ocean. Melissa's House is located only one kilometer north of San Pancho and its mile long beach.

December 15 - April 30: $455 USD per night, $3150 USD per week
20% holiday surcharge for Christmas & 10% Easter
November 1 - December 14 & May 1-31: $375 USD per night, $2600 USD per week
10% holiday surcharge for Thanksgiving
