Diane's House

Diane's House is nestled on the top of the Costa Azul/San Pancho hillside. This home has an ocean view from almost every room. Surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical vegetation, the hillside location benefits from the cool ocean breeze.

The house is tastefully designed in traditional Mexican décor. The large master king suite includes a private bath with a large, open-air, soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, one with a king bed, the other with twins that can be combined into a king. Just about every bedroom has an ocean view; two have large folding glass doors that open onto the spacious pool patio. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and dining table for four.

A five-minute drive lands you in the heart of San Pancho's business district where you can find various shops, grocers, taco stands and fine restaurants.

Smoking allowed outside only. Not Wheelchair Accessable (20+ stairs leading to the front door).

November 15 - April 15: $265 USD per night - up to 6 guests

Christmas/New Year weeks add 20%
April 16 - May 31 & October 1 - November 14: $230 USD per night - up to 6 guests
June 1 - September 30: $170 USD per night - up to 6 guests

Additional charge of $30 per person per night over 6 adults
