Casa San Francisco was artistically designed by award-winning architect Luis Ruis and constructed in 2007. This 4000+ sq ft deluxe tropical villa is one of Costa Azul's most impressive new additions. Casa San Francisco is conveniently located across the street (50 paces) from the beach and a mere 10-minute walk to the quaint pueblo of San Pancho. A private gated entry leads you through professionally designed tropical gardens with a lily pond and hundreds of exotic flowers, plants, and palms. The plunge pool is state of the art with a waterfall and built-in reading bench; the pool terrace is accompanied with comfortable chaise lounges.

This home features 2 kitchens: 1 indoor and one outdoor with a gas barbecue. The indoor kitchen hosts a dramatic 9-foot cooking island with a hand pounded copper sink, and is fully equipped with Euro-American appliances and handcrafted wood cabinetry. The formal dining room hosts an elegant dining table with 8 large custom crafted chairs.

The lounge/living room area offers soft plush couches and American satellite TV. The two completely separate, beautifully furnished, grand master bedrooms en suite are located on the second level. Both have king size beds with down pillows, satellite TV & DVD player (in one master bedroom), remote controlled Mitsubishi air-conditioning, full bathrooms, and private balconies with ocean views. The 3rd king bedroom suite is located in a separate casita (cottage) complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and TV & DVD player private entrance.

On the 3rd level of the main house is a magical space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sip margaritas at the oceanview palapa wet bar, completely equipped with small fridge, TV, comfy chairs, hammock, and mood lighting. Tropical birds provide constant music to the ear, as does the sound of the ocean just steps away.
