Little Lizard House II is a two-bedroom suite occupying the second level of a duplex that is situated in the hills of the San Pancho pueblo (behind the soccer field). The residential neighborhood is a 10+/- minute walk to most all restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops, and a 15+/- minute walk to the pristine Riviera Nayarit beach.
This one-level unit is complete with tile floors, high ceilings throughout, a large living/dining/kitchen area and two en suite queen bedrooms with mini-split air-conditioners. The expansive dining/living room has comfortable rustic leather furniture along with built-in couches and accordion doors that open out to the terrace. The queen bedroom has a mini-split air-conditioner, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. The outdoor staircase leads up to the shared laundry room and rooftop terrace. The entire duplex and shared pool terrace/yard is fenced in with a private entry gate.
