House of Magic Dreams is a brand new multi-level home located in the prestigious residential area of San Pancho Costa Azul. This beautiful hillside home is just 50 paces from San Pancho's mile-long pristine beach. The multitude of outdoor terraces boasts ocean views from every level. This villa was just completed in November 2008, thus furnishings and linens are new.

 

The main level of House of Magic Dreams hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. The ample living/dining room and sleek kitchen areas are separated from the bedrooms by an open poolside courtyard. All cabinets are hand crafted, and the air conditioners are remote controlled.

 

In addition, there is an outdoor terrace for leisure or dining, a palapa wet bar, a gas barbecue, separate outdoor pool bathroom, and an outdoor shower. The expansive 40x18 ft saltwater filtered swimming pool has underwater benches for reading or sunning, and comes complete with water toys and volleyball.

 

The second level suite is occupied by the homeowner year around. The third level is a shared rooftop terrace to enjoy the extensive tropical sunsets. The ground level suite hosts a guest unit with kitchenette and full bathroom that can sleep up to two additional guests but will not be rented separately.
