Hillside House

Hillside House is a two-level, comfortably furnished, tropical style villa located in the Costa Azul residential area of San Pancho. This well maintained hillside villa overlooks the beautiful mile-long, palm-lined, white sand beach of Playa San Francisco, with unobstructed views of the ocean, sunset, and the mountains to the south. A fifty-yard (2-minute) stroll down a cobblestone lane brings you onto the beach, and a half-mile (15-minute) walk takes you into the heart of the village of San Pancho.  

 

The upper level of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, laundry room, and half bath. Downstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms each with en suite bath. Both bedrooms have king size beds which can be converted into two individuals for friends or family traveling together. Each of the bedrooms has a separate entrance from a different level patio which allows privacy for all. Spacious terraces and a plunge pool provide ample space and enjoyment for outdoor living.

 

Hillside House is complete with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and hassle free. Our professional staff Joel and Livier provide housekeeping, garden and pool care.

 

Along with the wonderful restaurants found in the village, there are two restaurants located in the Costa Azul residential area: Wahoo's at the Costa Azul Hotel is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar, and Mar Plata, the upscale Argentinean Bar & Grill restaurant is just a 2-3 minute walk from the villa. Your vacation at Hillside House will be a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
