Casa Loma Lynda is a hacienda-style villa perched on its own hill that overlooks the lively San Pancho pueblo. It features views of the jungle as well as a modest view of the Pacific Ocean. Loma Lynda faces west for maximum sunset viewing. Although the house is located in town, it’s well away from the downtown bustle and pueblo sounds. At the same time, within minutes you can be in the center of downtown and at the beach. Private and quiet, this home features a solar electrical system (which switches to the grid so you're never without power) and two large cisterns (so you're never without water). Additional “green” features such as two-button toilets, water-saving faucets, low flow showerheads and a kitchen water purification system makes this house ecologically friendly.

 

Casa Loma Lynda is designed for maximum privacy. Each queen bedroom has a private bath and is located at opposite ends of the home. In addition, each bedroom suite and has it’s own private entrance opening onto a covered terrace that spans the entire length of the house.

 

Loma Lynda is tastefully decorated in a traditional yet unique Mexican style.  The Great Room consists of a large, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, ample dining area and comfy living area that also opens out to the terrace and outdoor dining area.  An extra special treat is the well-manicured tropical garden where (depending upon the season) you can help yourselves to bananas, pineapples, citrus, star fruit and other tropical fruit. Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks add 20%
May 1 – September 30: $110 USD per night, $650 USD per week
Summer Special **$1000 USD per month + Electricity (air conditioning)
