Casa Bella is located just outside of the San Pancho pueblo overlooking the hillsides and jungle in a small residential neighborhood. The home is an approximate 15 minute walk to the pristine San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit Beach and village center, where you will find the variety of restaurants, mini-grocery stores and gift shops.
The entire property is privately walled in with a locked entrance. When you enter the home just a few stairs lead you to the courtyard terrace with plunge pool and wet bar, which is surrounded by a separate enclosed private kitchen, two private en suite bedrooms and a living room with a convertible sofa bed. The second story terrace offers jungle/pueblo views to enjoy the soothing sunny days or star watching in the evening.

November 1 - April 30: $105 USD per night, $700 USD per week
Holidays: December 22 - January 3: $135 USD per night, $900 USD per week
May 1 - June 30 & October 1-31: $80 USD per night, $500 USD per week
July 1 - September 30: $55 USD per night, $360 USD per week
3 night minimum stay
March 1 – May 31: $500 USD 1st week & $450 2nd WEEK!!!
